RETURNS 

We understand! All returns are to be within 30-days from receiving the product. The item must be unused, in pristine condition and with original tags attached. Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Initiate your return or exchange via sales@superostore.com

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you have received a defective product upon opening your package, please contact us via sales@superostore.com as soon as possible. Customers have 30 days to claim. Please note that Supero does not accept claims where the damage has been caused by a customer having not read the care label.
